  9.  AB    To elucidate the pathogenesis of sarcoidosis, we mainly investigated the
  10.        surface molecules including adhesion molecules on BAL T cells and the
  11.        functions of BAL T cells such cytokine production, [Ca2+] mobilization,
  12.        PKC expression. Results are following. Adhesion molecules were
  13.        up-regulated on BAL T cells compared with peripheral T cells, but
  14.        cytokine production was decreased via TcR stimulation through [Ca2+]
  15.        mobilization was occurred. PKC isozyme alpha expression was decreased
  16.        compared with peripheral blood T cells.
